I had a long lasting problem with my laptop's storage in that there was about 160 gigabytes of space that could not be traced to anything in particular. I took it to UNSW's IT and they fiddled with it for half an hour but couldn't figure anything out and said I had to go to a professional.
Ati was very responsive when I called him, he came over the same day and had a look at it and needed to take it to his office because it was taking so long. He worked on it over night and the next morning it was fixed and has been running smoothly for the last 2 weeks. I'm really thankful of this. Great bloke and great computer fixer!
